Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of your deposit-you will not be charged the remaining balance.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
